The dynamic plate load test ZFG 3000 ZFG 3.0

The dynamic plate load tester ZFG 3000 is used for the implementation of the dynamic plate test according to german test method TP BF-StB Part 8.3. The dynamic deformation module (Evd value) of soil and rock is determined. This high-tech measuring instrument has features that ensure a quick, convenient and accurate determination of the measurement data in road and pipeline construction. Its special features are automatic position determination through integrated GPS, integrated thermal printer, storage of test results on modern SD cards and ease of use.

The ZFG 3000 GPS can be used to determine the load-bearing capacity and the quality of soil compaction fast and simply. Thanks to GPS, each measurement can immediately be allocated to the relevant position.

All data can be displayed both on site and on the PC without any problems.

The ZFG 3000 GPS is suitable both for self-supervision and for documentation of measured values.

A specific weight falls from a specified height and creates a defined impact force which affects a loading plate. The loading plate is subject to settlement due to the impact force. The acceleration, the speed and the settlement displacement are electronically evaluated and the dynamic deflection module (Evd) is calculated.

The easy-to-operate ZFG 3000 GPS enables the user to enjoy short test times (approx. 2 minutes), precise measurements, on-site printouts complete with all information and simple data transmission to the PC. The measured result is available after only 4 stages.

The dynamic deformation module can immediately be read on the site, printed out and evaluated. For the statistical analysis by ZTVE-StB 94 and ZTVT-StB 95, all data is stored in the device.

Each record contains the reduction curves, the amplitude reduction at a resolution of 1 micron, the associated geographical coordinates and s / v value. The geographical coordinates, date, time and the current test number are always available on the device and the PC.

Immediate evaluation:
- The dynamic modulus of deformation, settlement, position coordinates, s / v value, number and date
- Values ??are displayed on the backlit display graphics capability
- Expression of one or more test reports directly to the site
- Browsing and printing the data stored on the SD-card

Compact design with window:
Check can be made through the viewing window and the external switches in silicon taken in the closed state. This is a protection against weather, dust and dirt.
